As we are in the midst of this transformative eclipse-equinox-eclipse window, I'm reminded of why I was guided to offer the Year of the Dragon program this year (Divine Feminine, Divine Masculine, Connection Spaces, and Divine reUNION), and reflecting on this as I prepare to begin the Year of the Dragon, Divine reUNION part of this program, beginning Thursday!
The Collectives of Light co-created the energetic container of Year of the Dragon with me to support the consideration of separation and unity, divine feminine and divine masculine, and the felt sense of Oneness from a new frequency perspective and experience.
How can we integrate separate parts of ourselves in order to experience unified presence within? These things can be talked about in may different ways and with varying terms and conceptual frameworks--unity consciousness and separation consciousness, or parts work in order to have an embodied allowance for the unified whole of self expressions, the personal self and the infinite expression of Self, divine feminine and divine masculine, and many other ways.
There are important physical, energetic, relational, and cognitive practices and inner work that needs to occur and continue, yet it's also important to experience entrainment (nervous system co-regulation and vibrational, energetic coherence) with FREQUENCIES that ARE the unified expression, that ARE the integrated parts, that ARE the infinite wholeness.
Fragmented, separated, and discordant parts are able to come into vibrational coherence and come into reUNION with the natural rhythm of Oneness, with ease, with peace, with natural flow in balance.Even for short amounts of time, this can and does change patterns and expressions.
For a fun and strong visual example of parts coming into coherence through frequency and vibration, look at cymatic experiments (sound/frequency creating patterns)! Some call it visible sound/frequency. This is one of the ways being explored that pertains to vibrational healing (some of what we are already doing in these spaces that is being examined in interesting ways). A bit more on cymatics here. I will add that these studies are exploring how to make the "unseen seen" yet frequencies can be seen with inner vision! But it's fun to see it with external vision as well, to assist with the unification, to allow for more openness to new possibilities. And also to see how the quality of frequency changes the pattern of the visual expression.
